Christophe Michalak started his culinary voyage in 1993 at Hôtel Negresco in Cannes; his trajectory has been exceptional. Mentored by industry luminaries like Grégory Collet and Pierre Hermé, Michalak honed his craft, earning the most relevant accolades in the pastry world. From crafting exquisite desserts at Ladurée to revolutionizing the macaron scene in Los Angeles, Michalak's journey culminated in him being named the World Pastry Champion in 2005, cementing his status as a maestro of the culinary arts.

Les Kosmik: whose idea is to synthesize a traditional pastry and transform it into a nomadic dessert.
